You can totally achieve that look VERY affordably. My shoes were similar from DSW for like $39, peep toe but plain front. Then I found crystal shoe clips to add to them to complete the look from http://www.absolutelyaudrey.com/
So funny that you posted this, I saw them about 2 weeks ago and about died at the gorgeousness of them - and how perfectly they fit my dress. But then I almost died again when I saw the price tag! YEESH!
